Are you a high school student interested in becoming an electrician after graduation? Or are you looking for a hands-on career change? Either way, starting a career in the electrical trade can open the door to long-term opportunities. At ESCO Electric, beginning as a Construction Wireman (CW) is one of the best ways to gain real-world experience and start building your future in the electrical industry.

First, you’ll work as a CW, where you’ll develop the skills, training, and on-the-job experience needed to succeed. Then, as you grow, you can apply for our electrical apprenticeship program and continue advancing your career. As a result, you’ll gain the knowledge and credentials needed for long-term success in the trade.
